Electronic and dynamical properties of <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mi>CeRh</mml:mi><mml:mn>2</mml:mn></mml:msub><mml:msub><mml:mi>As</mml:mi><mml:mn>2</mml:mn></mml:msub></mml:mrow></mml:math> : Role of <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"><mml:mrow><mml:msub><mml:mi>Rh</mml:mi><mml:mn>2</mml:mn></mml:msub><mml:msub><mml:mi>As</mml:mi><mml:mn>2</mml:mn></mml:msub></mml:mrow></mml:math> layers and expected orbital order

Recently discovered heavy fermion CeRh$_{2}$As$_{2}$ compound crystallizes in the nonsymmorphic $P4/nmm$ symmetry, which enables occurrence of topological protection. Experimental results show that this material exhibits unusual behavior, is manifested by appearance two superconducting phases. In work, we uncover and discuss a role Rh$_{2}$As$_{2}$ layers their impact on electronic dynamical properties system. The location Ce atoms between non-equivalent allows for realization hidden orbital order. We point out band structure around Fermi level associated mostly with $4f$ Rh $4d$ orbitals suggest Lifshitz transition induced external magnetic field. also played $f$--$d$ hybridization structure.
